Who we are

Bitika lets you buy Bitcoin with M-Pesa or Airtel Money in Kenya. We are non-custodial: Bitcoin settles directly to the Lightning wallet you provide, and we never hold your coins.

What we collect

• The phone number you pay from (to process the M-Pesa/Airtel charge).
• The Lightning address or invoice you enter (to deliver your sats).
• The transaction amount and status (to complete and support the order).

For standard amounts we do not require an account, name, email, or KYC documents. Very large orders may require additional verification.

How we use it

Only to complete your purchase, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

Payment providers

Payments are processed through licensed mobile-money and Lightning infrastructure providers. Their handling of your payment is governed by their own terms.
