Terms of Service

The service

Bitika converts M-Pesa or Airtel Money payments into Bitcoin (satoshis) over the Lightning Network and sends them to the wallet address you provide. Purchases start at KES 10.

Your responsibility

• Provide a correct Lightning address or invoice. Bitcoin sent to an address you supply cannot be reversed.
• Pay from a phone number you control.
• Use Bitika lawfully and not for fraud, money laundering, or sanctioned activity.

Non-custodial

We never hold your Bitcoin. Once sats are delivered to your wallet, you are in sole control of them. We cannot freeze, recover, or reverse funds in your wallet.

Fees & rates

A service fee and the current exchange rate are shown before you confirm. The rate is locked at the moment you confirm the M-Pesa prompt.

Support & refunds

If your payment clears but sats are not delivered, contact us and we will resolve it — with a resend or full refund — typically within 24 hours.
